OBSESSED with the was you can make this skirt any shape you want! Bottom is made from black bamboo cotton fabric that is SO soft, Top is made from 4 way stretch spandex (think 80s work out clothing) material. Pipped to make it funky and moveable! one of my favorite pieces from the collection! 

Waist fits 27-32" waist and the entire skirt is VERY stretchy
